First: Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

At Aynul Yaqeen Academy, we are committed to safeguarding your personal data and preserving its confidentiality and privacy in accordance with the highest legal and ethical standards. 

Second: Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy
To ensure clarity and consistency in our educational services, the following policy applies to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds:

  1. Class Cancellation or Rescheduling by Students:
    Students must inform Aynul Yaqeen Academy of any cancellation or rescheduling request at least 6 hours before the class start time. Requests must be submitted through the student portal or by emailing: support@aynulyaqeenacademy.com.

    • Failure to notify the academy within this timeframe will result in the session being forfeited, with no right to refund or rescheduling.

  2. Rescheduling Due to Emergencies:
    In cases of illness, family emergencies, school/work conflicts, or appointments, the student may reschedule the class provided that:

    • The request is made at least 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
    • The rescheduled session is completed within 30 days of the original class date.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • If Aynul Yaqeen Academy cancels a session for any reason, the student is entitled to a full refund for that session.
    • If the student cancels the session, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
    • Refunds are not applicable for missed sessions without prior notification, regardless of the reason.

  4. Rescheduling Quota and Limits:

    • Rescheduled sessions are counted within the same monthly and weekly quota as the original session date.
    • For example, if a session scheduled on October 28 is rescheduled, it will still count toward October’s total session limit and the week’s maximum, and the new session date must not exceed November 27.

  5. Continued Payment Responsibility:

    • Unless the student submits a formal cancellation request, automated payments will continue as per the subscription plan’s schedule.
    • Students are financially responsible for full payment of the plan unless they formally cancel their subscription.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment is made at the beginning of each month.
  • No hidden fees.
